Kay’s Touch of Klass (KTOK) aims to exceed your customer service experience, in the event you are not satisfied with your service or experience please address your concerns at time of service.

Special occasion services require $50 non-refundable deposit. No-show appointments will be subjected to a $25 rebooking fee and regular service pricing.

Late arrivals will be given a (15) minute grace period with prior notification then will be subject to $25 rebooking fee. In the event you must leave the salon while being serviced a ten (10) minute grace period will be honored before moving to the next client.

To receive advertised prices you must arrive with your hair already shampooed, blow-dried and free of product. In the event your hair isn’t shampooed and blown dry there will be a $20 shampoo and blow dry charge. If your hair isn’t fully dry, sit under dryer services are subject to a $10 fee and/or your appointment time pushed back.

KTOK is not responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions or sores due to extension applications.

After any installation service we advise all clients visit our website and read our at home maintenance FAQs to keep your extensions lasting longer and prevent any breakage.

KTOK is not responsible for thinning, breakage or balding of your natural hair due to hair extensions application.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or items left in the salon.

Only one promotional offer can be used per visit.

Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks.

We will not use any treatment systems or chemicals purchased outside our salon neither responsible for any hair purchased outside our salon.

No personal use of salon equipment.

Children and men are not allowed in the salon unless being serviced. Client’s guest must wait up front.
